Toy Sizing Guide

To help customers pick the appropriate size toy for their order the toys are assigned Small, Medium and Large based on how it relates to a tennis ball. Sizing chart is below.

Are the toys safe for my dog?

All products are indicated by the manufacturer as being for dogs. You are solely responsible for determining if the products are suitable for use by your dog. When choosing the package for your dog, carefully choose the option that best fits your dog by using our sizing guide.

Are any products gluten-free, allergen free, natural or homemade?

We do offer these products from time to time. All consumable products are made in the USA. You are solely responsible for determining if the products are suitable for consumption by your dog. We are not able to provide any assurances regarding allergies; see product details for ingredients.

Do the everyday subscription care packages have themes (such as Halloween, Football, Beach, etc.)?

They do not. We love themes but sometimes it is hard to find quality products that go along with a theme. Additionally we do not expect that all of our customers celebrate holidays. You could say our theme is quality because we focus on putting the best treats and toys in our everyday care packages. For holidays we work with several quality vendors that regularly offer products that meet our standards and make them part of our holiday subscription package. When we do find great products for a theme care package we offer it as a standalone purchase in our shop.

Do the everyday subscription care packages have accessories?

They do not. We believe that accessories are a great way to express you and your dog’s personality; therefore, it can be a very personal choice and not a very good option for a surprise. Non- Subscription care packages that do contain accessories will have a photo and description so you know what you are getting before you order. The holiday subscription care package will occasionally contain holiday accessories that are size neutral: such as bandannas and collar charms.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

When should I expect my non-subscription care package?

Once you place an order, please allow 2-3 days for processing and 7-10 days for shipping.

Where can an order be shipped to?

We can ship to all 50 states.

What are my shipping options?

We ship ground through USPS.

What methods of payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.

When should I expect my subscription care package?

All care packages are shipped on the 13th of every month (excluding holidays). Please order by the 1st to get the current box.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellations can be made by logging into your account .

How do I update or change my information?

All changes and updates for your personal information or your pet can be done by logging into your account.

Is there auto-renewal?

Yes, we provide auto-renewal on all subscriptions and your credit card will automatically be charged. If you did not select a subscription care package it will not renew.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Any unopened or defective products can be returned within 30 days of shipping your order. Once we receive and check your returned order, we will refund your payment.
